I can't tell if this guy was crying or if he just has irritated eyes from all that smoking. Anyway, he thinks that Rudy Giuliani is already president and that he should give someone else a chance to be president, but he thinks that somebody else should be Mitt Nomnie and not Ron Paul. He thinks Ron Paul is too ignorant to be president.

Yep, the second guys looks like he's going to cry.
i'm pretty sure he's joking.. after watching the rest of his vids he's as libertarian as u can get (seatbelt laws = UNCONSTITUTIONAL!)
